1/04/07 - Since the last update, many team members have switched devices, james wrote cocoboot for the 650, and just recently bobofdoom (father of the palm linux projects) has become a 650 owner. Expect things to start happening again now. http://www.hackndev.com
1/27/06 - The Touchscreen (wm9712) and sound driver are fixed and booting! Now to make it work!
1/25/06 - Merged in the new kernel 2.6.15-hh0 and are close with the touchscreen/wm9712 stuff

Subsystem, Current Status, and Comments

ARM Machine number Obtained Machine ID = 909, Machine type = xscale_treo650

Clean code and add Machine ID in kernel config To Be Done The Treo 650 has started booting Linux from the phone's bootloader

Bootloader Works Might get it working with Garux, but we are looking at replacing System.bprc first

LCD Works LCD needs a patch to pxafb.c to ensure that L_BIAS GPIO doesn't get enabled.

Keypad Works Needs a keymap fix to enable the enter key. Keymap is done and in the SVN tree.

Sound Works

MMC/SD/SDIO Works Strange IRQ23 keeps complaining, but doesn't effect use.

UART (serial) To Be Done

Touchscreen Semi-Working Needs some work, but it's controlling the mouse in X!

Bluetooth To Be Done

USB Works

LEDs To Be Done

Battery Level Monitor Semi-working Needs some calibration...
