I am first time moderator here, for some strange reason assigned by shadowmite. (I tried to apply as moderator at c4pda but they won't let me )

If you see spam in the Palm forums, please email me about it and I can delete it.
email is kinghochau (gmail) (I think it only have .com)

(unlike shadowmite, I do not read all messages the forums, only 755p and 700p/700wx maybe few times a year and CDMA section at mobile files forum)

I deleted the recent spam ones about god/nike (dec 24/2009) iirc.

As a moderator, I do not have access to:

1) but I don't have access to delete that spamming user (qrst408)
2) make this post a sticky (will bump it up if it goes away)
3) cannot delete the spam posts in 700wx because I don't have moderator access to it (look at the forum label carefully )

bugs to fix:

1) The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again. (so submit again works)
2) simles does not work.
but I don't expect this thread to be buried because of the lack of activity in this forum.

Also why is there no forums Palm Pre or that newer Palm X?X?X device (I forgot the name, but saw it mentioned somewhere before)

Sites, like people, come and go in life... for unknown reasons or for reasons we will never know because they did not guarantee anything. we just put our trust into it because it was there..

Well it would appear I might have to have new users permanently disabled for now since spammers are going after the registrations so heavily that google terminated the webmaster user for abuse! In time I'll get another server and fix this.

(not really replying but I found something that might help)

I think the

1) The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again. (so submit again works)

is because the cookie session time out too quickly.

ie: on another forum running the same forum software as you, I open up a New Post Window,... left it overnight... then post/submit after x hours, then I also get the error in #1

its your board, don't need to hurry, you can take your time to fix it when you are free..
