CLONE 8350 WITH PALM? help!!!

ONCE AGAIN....

I STILL NEED HELP 2years I've been trying to figure this out.

I have a work phone... 8350. I am not allowed to provide my own phone. I've offered to donate it. And our stupid phone dept will NOT activate a phone I donate to them.

Can anyone please help?

I need a phone to emulate the 8350 MEID ESN.

But I'd like that phone to run palm software and calendar functions, to do, etc. But I DON'T NEED, and prefer not to have to have internet... as this could create an issue with our phone team seeing internet charges come across.

CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A WAY TO DO THIS THAT ****WILL**** WORK?

HELP?

OR IS THERE A BETTER PLACE TO INQURE ABOUT THIS? I AM WILLING TO COMPENSATE FOLKS WHO MAKE THIS HAPPEN FOR ME OR CAN GIVE ME THE TOOLS TO DO IT.
