Fossil Palm Watches

Post by spymongoose » Thu Jan 13, 2005 8:49 pm

I ran across a bunch these on ebay for real cheap, and decided to look onto them. Back in the early days of pda's data entry was done principly on a PC and the palm was used for reading data like notes, dates, numbers and addresses. The palm watch from fossil does exactly that, and tells the time too.

There is a review that helped me make an informed decision:
Julie and Judie wrote a reviue, pretty informative and good pictures:

After reading this review I decided that this watch wasnt for me, however I thought that is was pretty cool. The big turn-offs were the relatively short battery life, the slow speed, and the stiff buttons.

A much more expensive touchscreen version was also for sale, but I saw the battery life was unreasonably short, so I didn't pursue that lead very far.

If someone buys one of these puppies or finds one of these useful, post here and let me know. [/url]
