Missing Data File

I have a Palm Lifedrive running on XP and have started getting an error message at various times (Hotsync, closing certain apps etc) "Please load library MIDataLib.Lib". I don't know how I would have "lost" this file but what does it do and where do I find it to reload it....? Someone sent me a MIDataLib.prc file but I can't get it to "do" anything that stops the error message.
